As the weather is getting cooler, and the leaves turn orange, people start craving everything that screams pumpkin, gingerbread, and cinnamon.

At least I am!

But, for those who want to keep their gym goals and not get off track, we created a perfect Gingerbread Protein Smoothie!

It seriously tastes so delicious that I HAVE to have it every day after my gym workout!

This smoothie tastes just like gingerbread cookie, but is much healthier and actually beneficial for you!

It is PACKED with protein and nutrients to spike up your metabolism, give your immune system a boost, and keep your energy high!Prep Time: 10 minutes      Cook Time: 0 minutes        Total Time: 10 minutes         Servings: 1 drink


  • 1.5 cups of original almond milk
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops of Pure Whey protein
  • Probiotics (optional for better protein digestion)
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter


  • Simply throw everything in the blander in no particular order, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
